How long does it take for my order to be processed before shipping out?   

 -Orders are shipped within 3-5 days except for items labeled with *handmade which tend to take 1-2 weeks processing.

How do I receive/find my tracking number after purchasing?                         

 -Once your item is shipped out an email will be sent with information regarding the status of your order with the tracking number.

Where are you based / where does my item ship out from?                           

 -We are based in Los Angeles, California but we offer worldwide shipping!

Do you offer returns/exchanges?                                                                     

 -Yes! If your item arrives damaged or not as expected we will happily exchange the product for you.

My item arrived damaged what should I do?                                                   

-If this is the case that your item arrived damaged or defective please contact us through email girlyblazeaccessories@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

What is the best way to reach out regarding an order or question?                 

-We try our best to respond to any questions through our socials but reaching out through our contact page located on our website will get you the fastest response!

When should I expect a response after contacting?                                       

 -We try our best to respond within 24 hours.

The item I am looking for is out of stock, when will there be a restock?

-Sometimes certain items especially our best sellers can be out of stock unfortunately. When these items go out of stock we try our best to restock those within 1-2 weeks. We will always announce any restocks or new arriving items on our socials!

Do I need to provide my ID while placing or after my order?                           

-No we do not collect any information regarding identification. Although you do need to be 18+ to order from us!

Is your packaging discreet?                                                                           

  -Yes, we use plain bubble mailers to ship our items.
